From the Garden
Growing up in Baton Rouge, some of my fondest memories were made under the hot, Louisiana sun, covered in mud, with a big smile on my face. When all of my friends were allowed to play video games, I was told to go outside and plant some flowers or paint birdhouses. My mom always made sure to document my successes (and all of my messes) with her old Nikon film camera. In the last few years, I've come to appreciate all of the efforts my parents made to keep me busy outside, because it has made me the artist I am today. This vibrant pattern collection pays homage to the memories that I hold close to my heart, From the Garden of my childhood.
